SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped by registered mail with Australia Post/FedEx/Sendle. The shipping of your items will be sent within 2 weeks after full payment of your order is received. Depending on your order type; print or commission, the timeframes vary.
Once your order has been posted you will receive an email with your item tracking number.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
returns
The artist manages all quality control. All artworks are non-refundable with the exception of damaged orders.
Minor blemishes are considered intrinsic properties of the work of art and do not constitute a significant discrepancy.
If your item is damaged through shipping and you would like a replacement item please send an email including a photo of your damaged item to; contact@ashalily.com with the Subject; Damaged Return. A claim will be made with the shipping company and your new item will be honored.
